We do our best to help those in our community, we have several scholarships ranging from $200-$500 to help reduce the cost of tuition. Students do not have to pay the full tuition up front, we do have several payment plan options, however a portion of your tuition is due prior to confirming your seat in any course. If you wish to pay the full amount, feel free to do so.

The Medical Administrative Assistant online Training Program is approximately 8 weeks in length. Students who successfully complete both the classroom and clinical portions of the course and meet their financial obligations to the school will receive a Certificate of Completion which qualifies them to take the national exam to become a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant through the NHA. Q: Do you pay when classes start?
Yes, students must pay their down payment prior to beginning any program, all other payments will be clearly identified once agreed upon.

Yes, but to reserve a seat you need to complete the down payment. If your down payment is not received in time, we can not guarantee you a seat.

Q: Do you have online classes?
Yes, but classes are taught in a hybrid format. Most courses require a clinical component which involves the student getting hands on experience.

Q: Do I have to be CPR certified before starting any program?
No, we can help you become CPR certified.
Q: Do I have to have a background check?
Yes, you will need a background check and you cannot have a criminal record to enroll. We pay for your background check.
Q: Do I need to take an entrance exam?
No. There is no entrance exam currently but depending on the course you may be asked to complete a basic assessment.
Q: Do I have to have a physical?
No, unless you are pregnant.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
The certification examination test fee is included in our courses. You will need to purchase a uniform, a stethoscope, a flu shot (if not already current), TB test, and a book/workbook. This will add approximately $100 to the cost of the course.
Q: Do I have to be 18?
No. You have to be 16 as long as you can prove that you are enrolled in high school or have a GED
Prerequisites for class:
Students must be healthy enough to work 8–12 hours a day.
Students must have strength to lift 20 pounds.
Students must speak and write English fluently (a language assessment test may be issued to determine fluency)
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Must be able to pass a background check.
If you are pregnant you must have a release from your doctor to participate in our courses.
